Steven Universe: Games- Sword Dancers

Alright. So let's face it I had trouble coming up with a topic, then it hit me! Are there Steven Universe or Gravity Falls games, so first I checked if there was Steven Universe games. So I guess cartoon network made some games for Steven Universe. In this blog I will basically just give a report of the game Sword Dancer. Be ready for the rest of the games, that will come soon!

Sword Dancers:

The art is same as the show in which I enjoy. Also for people with slow computers like mine there is the cute little loading screen of Rose's shield. Also the play button causes a cute animation that I am also loving. The stages are pretty traditional, Connie looks a bit off when walking or I guess running but it still is a good game. The usage of the z and x keys is a bit new for a gamer like me, but I can't say much. One thing I am loving is the rate system! The stars are like the ones on Steven's shirt! Also the ability to look at the controls anytime is a great use, I do enjoy to the comments at the bottom. The positive reviews are awesome! Especially for this fandom!

Steven Universe: Artistic Community

Alright, take two of this theme again. What? Both artistic communities are amazing! With all the impact on each show you can't deny it. First, I wanted to say the show already is awesome with the bright and pretty colors. Just wanted to add that. Although much of the ideas in Steven Universe have a great concept of creative or artistic flow. The character design, story line, and all the wonderful places they go are simply fantastic. The fandom to has blown up with amazing pictures, like this one:


Aw, this is cute! With the gems, Steven, Connie, and Rose Quartz. Plus no Steven's dad there it's perfect! No? Well, than if you don't think it's cute than well...um, your opinion. As I continue, much of the fandom is consisted of this awesome art and just thanks to those people who spent time on actually putting time to make this! It's beautiful. I feel I always ramble about how amazing the fandom in these blog posts...ops...but it's true each fandom is amazing! For now, I hope you've enjoyed! With one last photo to say goodbye!

Gravity Falls: The Artistic Community

Lately, as I've been rewatching Gravity Falls episodes, I like to find hidden things and messages no one really looks for. Though that's not what I wanted to talk about. With all the commotion about how the series has ended I like to find some artistic sides of the series whether from fans or the creators. Many of the fans are really and I mean really creative. From joke pieces to serious works it's amazing! Look at this one:

Alright. I need to stop rambling about how cute it is! I mean each are seriously amazing, from the shading of the second one or the amazingly accurate representation of the characters in the first one. Honestly if I could draw this good I would be so happy! I'll keep practicing...ya...as I continue everything that the fans are producing is amazing considering the short time this has been on air. Although..not to be rude! Though, Steven Universe has much more art. My opinion though, not for any confusion! I do hope for more art work on both parties. Although. For now, bye!

Remembering April Fools

Well...remember how April Fools happened recently well, that was just a bit ago but does any of you remember the Steven Universe April Fools episode last year? No? Well it was the Steven Universe cross over with Uncle Grandpa. Now for my opinions and they are ONLY opinions! Uncle Grandpa is a bad show, honestly the stupidity of it is just off the charts. I honestly just was a bit upset with the cross over, but what are you to do! It was season 1 episode 46 called Say Uncle...just. Okay...ya, not a cross over that you could expect. I really just wanted us all to remember that episode, just it's been a year since it...my...well. Um...bye, I need to go rethink life for a bit

Easter

Easter! Yay, how amazing is that? Easter is finally here and bring in all the Steven Universe specials! Well...I haven't seen any commercials yet but it's fine...sure. There probably is some commercials and the episode came out already or I need to see it tomorrow. So I'll get excited for that! Alright, since I haven't seen the episodes yet I am going to just try to imagine what's going to happen. My hypothesis is that Connie and Steven are going to do an egg hunt! Alright, I am going to scour the internet to find some cute Steven Universe memes soon. Wait! Wait! What would it look like if the gems dressed up for Easter! Just, I need a second to imagine it....when I imagine it I see Pearl wearing flowers and Garnet sticking a bunny in her hair! That leaves Amethyst to have an outfit but I can't think of any...can we insert a sigh? -Insert Sigh-. Alright, gotta go see if I can find some Steven Universe and Gravity Falls Easter stuff! Just imagine the cuteness!

My Opinion On the First Garnet Fusion

For Steven Universe an episode explains how Sapphire and Ruby meet. The whole episode was great, but I do want to comment that the first ever Garnet fusion looked like two blue and pink cotton candies got smashed together.  I wonder though. In Garnet's fusion I feel like she acts more like Sapphire than Ruby. I feel maybe that's just because Sapphire is a more strong gem. The story line on how Garnet was created and the few lines Rose Quartz had all together was a great episode. I do feel like it would be better if it went into deeper context about how the two fused if it was the first time two different kind of gems fused. Why was it so easy for them? The first Garnet fusion although seems a bit more fun-loving and happy then the more serious present one. I think I need to go into more detail when I say what the first fusion of Garnet looked like. So I'll leave a picture.
Garnet, although throughout the series had molded into something special that we all love. It seems that as the series progresses we'll see more of how the gems act because currently it seems they are a bit secretive. For now thanks for reading. Bye!

Gravity Falls Mysteries That Are Unsolved

Although most of the mysteries in Gravity Falls have been explained and discovered, there are still some that leave us questioning. Our first one is, what is the connection between Stan and Bill? We have yet to be told of why the two know each other if they never have conversed. Fans have been saying that the two characters are fairly similar, with their fancy dressing styles and they are both wheeler dealers. In a Gravity Falls short it began hinting at what Bill had in store for Stan, but that is yet to be seen in the show or if it will ever be input into the show if it were to continue. Now for our second one, how was ford able to stay in the other world without going insane like Fiddleford? At the time that Fiddleford went in, he was just as sane as Ford and only there for a few seconds Fiddledord went crazy. Although Ford went in for 30 years. I mean 30 years! With that on his shoulders he still has his sanity unlike Fiddleford. Both great scientists but different effects that need to be explained. Number 3, Where is Soos' dad? Now this may be short and unexplained for reasons unknown, but in a world where there is magical beings everywhere you could imagine my curiosity. His mom and dad have not been shown but his grandma has or aunt...I think. I would like to know why he left Soos or if he was abducted...it could happen in Gravity Falls.  It's just that crazy! Steven Universe Fun Facts

Steven Universe fun facts, alright let's start. Fact 1, Steven's name was named after the creator's brother Steven. Fact 2, Beach City is based off many Delaware based towns that the creator visited as a kid. Fact 3, it has been told that the gems do not have genders but they do have some female properties. Fact 4, Garnets song "Stronger Than You" has over two million views on youtube. Man that's a lot, go Garnet or would I say Ruby and Sapphire? Let's continue. Fact 5, Peridot is actually a gem cyborg before she lost her attachments meaning she isn't like a real gem...oh...alright, um...let's continue. Fact 6, Malachite's introduction is based off of Ursula's big introduction scene in the Little Mermaid. That's cool maybe the two should meet...no...wait I take it back they would kill each other. Next! Fact 7, the closer the relationship of the gems the more human the fusion looks. Fact 8, Steven Universe is the first cartoon on cartoon network to have a female creator. Fact 9, gems can walk on water proven on the episode "Historical Fiction."Fact 10 also the last fact, Garnet has a full fusion complex so she could stay fused with Sapphire and Ruby for thousands of years if she wanted to. The Ending of Gravity Falls!

Alright, warning spoilers. So, the ending of Gravity Falls! Might I say it was amazing and I was so sad when they had to go back home, but it was cute when Stan and Stanley got to travel the world on their boat like they always wanted to. Also, the best part I think is when Pacifica was wearing the llama shirt at the perfect time! Honestly the whole thing was adorable! I mean seriously the ending was amazing. The mystery shack machine was cool too, but I think it needs more explaining because the unicorn hair was planted around on the ground and not on the house. Everything was amazing about this final episode, I just wish there would be another season soon. But, I thought how everyone worked together in the mystery shack was just heart warming. Although, I felt pretty sad for Pacifica's parents, but Pacifica seems to be getting better as she proceeds in the series. Another great scene was when Gideon tried being a normal kid. He just...he doesn't know how to do that. Just! Everything about this episode was great and I could rant on about it forever, but I'll choose not to. Just sooooo cute!

Gravity Falls Info

Alright, so the many ideas that I usually have to blog have faded from my mind. That is the truth. So instead of ranting on about every single little spec of something about Gravity Falls or Steven universe, I have decided to go with some research that I will be providing. Such as: Gravity Falls, the name of the town that Dipper and Mabel live in, is located in Oregon. Yes, things like that, Instead of doing both shows at once, I have took it upon myself to do Gravity Falls first. So lets see some info! Alex Hirsh, the creator of the show, had started the show as a low-budget student film at the California Institute of Arts. Isn't that crazy! Alex Hirsh created this in college.  A bright man alright.  I continue! Disney Channel bought the idea in 2012 and started airing the series on Disney Channel in 2015. Really! I feel...I feel old now..., I loved the show since the beginning, which was in 2012; that was like 4 years ago! . The show itself was inspired by Hirsh's own experiences with his sister over summer. That's cute.  I wish I had adventures like that. Can we insert a sigh? *Insert Sigh*, okay thanks. The series preview was debuted in Canada on June 15, 2012 and premiered July 6, 2012. Alright 2012 was a great year than, continuing I think we should. Two accomplishments made by Alex Hirsh created the two shows that aired on great channels, which are Fish Hooks and The marvelous misadventures of flapjack two.  These are the shows he participated writing in. That's a lot of info, especially about ,you know, Gravity falls. Thank Wikipedia or the website specifically for the information https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gravity_Falls. Story Time : Gravity Falls And Steven Universe Collide Prt1

So I've decided to do a cute short story about how it would be if  the characters from each Steven Universe and Gravity Falls met each other. Wonderful idea, maybe...yes but let's see how the story goes. Well let's start:

The sun was shimmering brightly on the town people of beach city (The city Steven Universe lives in). The loud sound of a truck rumbled through the streets, Mabel and Dipper sat in the backseat as Grunkle Stan drove into the town.
"See kids this is a great place for a vacation!" Stan yelled but the twins groaned unhappily.
Mabel slouched over to the window watching the sand on the road swivel around them. She looked back at Dipper who had his nose stuck in a book. She crossed her arms hugging Waddles her pet pig tightly to her chest. He let out a snort jumping out of her grasp. She looked back out the window to see the many shops that had lined the board walk. She saw two kids playing and the mood quickly changed.
She excitedly jumped up and down in her seat poking Dipper to look outside, He rolled his eyes turning to the window to see the two kids running around laughing. One had a bushy black afro planted on his head. He wore a bright red shirt with a star printed on it. The other kid was a girl. She had dark curly locks and round glasses that were placed on her face.
"I hope we get to meet them," Mabel squealed.
"Probably will with out luck," Dipper said continuing on with his book.
The car was at a stop, Stan had parked it outside a dust motel. They all hoped out dragging the luggage out, Stan went over to the desk to get the keys for their rooms.
"Hey Dipper let's go meet the kids," Mabel suggested.
"Um I don't think that's a good idea," Dipper said but was cut off by his sister dragging him over to the beach where the two were playing.
"Hi I am Mabel and that's Dipper." She said pointing to Dipper who was awkwardly standing there.
"Nice to meet you! I am Steven and this is Connie." Steven said pointing to Connie who shyly waved.
"Hi!" Mabel screamed.
"Are you guys new in town?" Connie asked and the two nodded.
"Hey I'll show you around!" Steven said, Mabel nodded for the two of them.


End of Part 1,  yes there will be more but, I just liked them meeting. Don't know if that was good or bad but I will be making a part 2, hopefully soon. Although for now hope you enjoyed the chapter, Bye!

Gravity Falls Another Season

I know it seems like every fan says this but there needs to be another season of Gravity Falls! Although the original plan said by the creator was put deliberately together in that manner of events, we still want to know more. Agreed, I think every one in the cast that has been scrambled around town is perfect to follow along for another episode that would send the fans in a super happy extreme freak out it would be awesome! Again though it would also be a good event to see how Dipper and Mabel end out when they go back home. To see their lives prosper it would be great. Although knowing the creator of the show based Mabel and Dipper upon his sister and himself, you'd imagine where the ideas can start to expand for everyone. Even though most will say the series is coming to an end and it's better to leave it with such an ending that it would be odd to bring it onto another season. We'll see! We'll see, but as I continue the show itself may take more time to create another season based on the events it listed itself on. I have no doubt that if there was another season it would be another outstanding creation with more amazing mysteries. I feel that looking over the main idea of the show the creator will have an amazing affect on kids that want to make the show more then it is with their own ideas.

Steven Universe : The Diamond (s)

Yellow diamond, another pearl and so much more! Is anyone freaking out, while I was watching this my friend and me were freaking out because, wow! I was so angry at peridot for ratting them out but once again in the end she managed to fix it. That yellow diamond, she seems strict except not like Jasper. Now there is more diamonds and I hope to see them soon.Although, why is Peridot so nervous around Yellow Diamond. I'd imagine the gem Peridot is would be a bit more straight forward and confident, guess not. Although to say the other Pearl is annoying would be a small discription. The girl is just, she is nothing I would expect a Pearl to be they are more precious or at least that's what I've learned from our Pearl. Although I know Pearl isn't supposed to be like other Pearls due to her lack of I guess connections to the others. Insert sigh please, alright now judging by Yellow Diamond I'd imagine there would be a blue one and red, ect. ect. Although I look at this Yellow Diamond and I think, Is Rose Quartz like one of them? Not exactly , yes, but in the same type of role as them? The confusion! The diamonds I think will be a great new addition to branch out the series, hopefully it grows to spread widely!

Song Analysis

Many of the songs in Steven Universe are heartwarming, but they do have a deeper meaning.  As I analyze the song Sworn to the Sword or also known as You do it for her/him, you may start to see what I mean. Now I picked this song for it's meaning and it is one of my favorites. The story line of that episode that also contributes to the song is very, as I said before, heart warming. The story line is basically Pearl having known Rose, Steven's mother and having a close relationship with her. Being her guard in the gem war and her having to give up her physical form to have Steven, it might have taken a large toll on Pearl. So as Steven brings Connie to practice sword fighting with Pearl, she turns Connie into a guard to Steven. The song represents how she is taught and how she learns. Then, to show what had happened in the war in bits and pieces, she shows Steven and Connie about what she has done to help Rose. As Pearl starts to make Connie a lot like her, Steven feels weird about the training. Connie realizes when Steven helps her that she has gone very far and should stop before she gets hurt. They stick together, Pearl doesn’t like the outcome at the end.The song is one that shows us even when you are protecting your friends that sometimes you need to think of yourself and how it will affect your friend. It may be hard, but it’s good as long as you do it together.

Mabel's Universe

In the episode 'Weirdmagetton Pt2' Mabel has her own type of universe in the bubble Bill has created. In the universe the people like to call it perfect and it somehow knows what you want before you know you want it. Now this is my type of explanation to how that works.  Knowing all the weird stuff in gravity falls it is hard to determine, how this world can guess your thoughts before you. Now judging by the bubbly personality of Mabel, she likes to make people happy and she uses this talent through the world judging by the things that have been added. Waddles the pig, the stuffed animal tree and other things that are in the episode are the only people to go into the bubble Mabel knew. She knew about each of their fears and things that made them happy.  As an example for Soos, she conjured his dad in a form she could make as cool as possible. Now I know this isn't her mind because the world can think about her before herself, but it is more of a replica something exactly the same with additional properties. Now, Bill, being a evil being,  could easily make an evil duplicate of Mabel and make it so that the land she has is perfect for her with everyone else as a disguise. Then  Bill  can keep all the things keeping him away from victory inside this bubble of her universe, Judging by how she let go of the fantasy and turned it into  reality, the world turned into a dark place and this might be because the other Mabel was to keep the real Mabel at bay in this world.  

Other Monsters In Gravity Falls

Now we have seen plenty of monsters not really as terrifying as facing a vampire or a werewolf in gravity falls, although they have been mentioned. Being the odd Gravity Falls you can assume that the mystical creatures that roam would be some more popular ones. Though the amazing Alex Hirsch who makes gravity falls is a peculiar one but still awesome. In my opinion, he was trying to not make it based on all the popular monsters, as in werewolves, vampires and etc. The lovely creature just doesn't want it to be a cliche and that's whats making it the best TV show. Although the many other less popular monsters like mermaids and zombies have been introduced, it seems that if it were to continue we might be able to see some vampires and werewolves.

My Explanation: How Gems Fuse Toghter

As you all may know, or not, the gems can fuse together and somehow Steven can't fuse with the gems but still can fuse with Connie. Very confusing understandably.  Although lets talk about how the Gems, including Steven and Connie, fuse! My scientific example as far as I have learned in science is that there are many features of the cells themselves that could not easily fuse. As I mention Steven and Connie, ok I am just going to call them Stevonnie because it is easier.  They as earth beings who have chromosomes and genes that make them a being. I do not know how dancing makes all gems fuse but I am going to go along that as the gems get closer to one another, including Stevonnie, they do not have our skin barriers that keep their nuclei, chromosomes, genes and etc in but an alternative that somehow is easily formed. So, as they fuse all their cells, they somehow form together becoming a type of hybrid of their natural selves or a mutated version of themselves with the combined other. Now in the Stevonnie case, because Connie is human and Steven is half, their cells get irritated by the fuse and reject the other.

 Steven being half can form with Connie because he doesn't have the normal barrier of skin like humans which is why I believe the gems on them produce. Although, as shown by many of the gems, they do not stay fused forever.  No, they reject the other and become themselves again but have a longer existence time. An exception is Garnet who is fused with Ruby and Sapphire long term. You are probably wondering, how are they fused together long term if you just said their cells reject each other? Solving that question, I predict that how they do this is through practice.  Somehow it's like riding a bike for them but as being a gem they have a longer sense of time. Although, I imagine through much years of practice they have finally completed the process but at times we see Ruby and Sapphire infused. Being Ruby and Sapphire though, they have such a tight bond that I would think fusing would be easy for them. Well that is all for my gem fusion discussions.  Until next time, bye.        

Steven Universe: My Opinion on Peridot

The new member or the Steven Universe cast, she is snarky and blunt...she is Peridot. The new addition that makes every gem angry and that makes the fans minds go crazy. My opinion on this mastermind is that she is a total villain but yet reformed? It's confusing about their situation. If there was a chance that the gems could trade Peridot for someone they would easily do so. It is a matter of what the relationship corresponds to, Being Peridot or in the eyes of Peridot everything is simply too strange to really start to understand something about her gem Technology. Although, my real concerns are if Peridot is faking this helpless disguise and helping home world learn information about them! Peridot is okay she seems again blunt especially to the gems. She let's say is opinionated in her own substantial way. That is always okay but the way she defines them like the others on home world totally frustrates me. The idea is that they moved there to escape the inequality of the home world. I would just think that Peridot would be more...considerate of them. Also, as she is a snarky person most people could not see it because she is snarky about home world. Also to clarify, home world is the gem's planet. She is making jokes about how most of the gems do not act like the normal gem like how pearl should be just like a butler instead of having her grace and fancy manner. It all leads to the inequality of their horrible approach as to what civil is to them, Peridot I would have to say needs to at least try to not upset anymore people.  

Once Upon A Time Gravity Falls

Yes! Finally the episodes of Once Upon A Time has return.  Wait the blog isn't about that...alright then I'll make them connect! Ok, so the possibility of Once Upon A Time and Gravity Falls are vague but that isn't really what I want. Instead, I want Dipper to be reading a book about the true stories of the old stories...complicated yes. Ok. so they get sucked up into the book and have to get out thus ruining the story in the process, having to fix it too. I will hopefully figure that out maybe something with the real Grunkle Stan having something to do with that. That'll be a bit more planned out and hopefully I can write it. That would be perfect, but I am hooked on that idea but it'll be a long while until you know you can piece stuff together in a story. Alright enough with the rambling, I am going to think of the perfect Story Brooke characters they could be! Also. maybe later I could do the Steven Universe cast but for now I shall do the Gravity Falls cast. Alright lets start with Dipper, hmm he could probably be like Belle but in a boy version. Okay there similarities would have to be they are both book smart, brave and always fall in love with someone they know is hard to get. Mable is next, giving the more brooding type of characters that Once Upon A Time offers. It's kind of hard to choose with her bubbly personality. Although she would have to be Red Riding Hood, but more bubbly. Red riding hood and Mable both have a sense of fashion with a type of covers, red riding hood is hoods and Mable is sweaters. They both love their friends and would do anything for them. A perfect match. Next Wendy, she is definitely a Emma Swan. Emma in Once Upon a Time is not your open book, neither is Wendy. They often get caught in the wrong crowd but make the good decision in the end. Gravity Falls Why?!

 My last blog post was about the secret messages in the tittle song of Gravity Falls, and other stuff but you should go check out my last post before looking at this. Alright straight into it, the UFO in gravity falls. It has been a mystery throughout everything, and it was fun for fans to think about what it meant. But now no it was answered! I mean everyone wants their questions answered but I wanted the mystery to see what kind of things could happen even further into the possibilities of aliens.No, they had to tell them it was aliens that Gruncle Stan had to find. Also Gruncle, what kind of relative is that never mind different post. Ok the UFO it is a thing that cut through the town leaving a large gape in the two mountains that had a nice entrance to the cozy pocket of Gravity Falls (Episode Reference). Again while everything goes down I want to yell and try to get the writers to feature my ideas! The UFO of course, WHY NOT?! Whats next they tell everyone about how Bill might be part of the 4th dimension then our 3rd! Okay again different post, well the UFO has just gotten me raging, I should be happy with the outcome of a new question answered but again,the yelling. Now for the real question (Might have been answered don't judge me) why is the UFO there?! Well in my theory and yes my own theory I think that the UFO came from the mysterious actions of Bill in Stan's mind. That the Aliens with their crazy technology tracked them but although crashed because of Bill's powerful energy! Then once Stan got rid of Bill from his mind he went there to find the UFO. Alright theory over, now again I must go back to the yelling at the TV show that I love, but Gravity Falls writers will get my complaints!
